Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
ClickCollab (“ClickCollab”, “we”, “us”) operates the website clickcollab.net and the ClickCollab service. You can reach us at hello@clickcollab.net. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
ClickCollab is a subscription tool for short-form content creators. It analyses publicly available posts from social media accounts you choose (your “inspiration accounts”) and from your own account, and uses artificial intelligence to generate content ideas — hooks, concepts, captions and hashtags — adapted to your niche, tone and voice. Depending on your plan, the service also tracks the public follower statistics of your own account over time.
3. What the service is not
ClickCollab provides ideas and analysis — not guarantees. We do not promise views, followers, engagement, virality or income. Social platforms change constantly and results depend on your execution, timing and audience. ClickCollab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TikTok, Instagram, or any social platform, and is not affiliated with any inspiration account you choose to analyse.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person (or, on the Agency plan, one organisation managing up to five creator profiles). You must be at least 16 years old to use ClickCollab.
5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Optional one-time fees (for example, swapping inspiration accounts before your cycle renews) are charged at the price shown at the time. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
6. Content and intellectual property
The ideas generated for you are yours: you may use, edit, publish and build on them freely, including commercially. You are solely responsible for the content you actually publish — including making sure it complies with platform rules and applicable law, and that it does not copy another creator's work verbatim. ClickCollab's ideas are rephrasings and adaptations inspired by publicly available content; they are suggestions, and you decide what to post. The ClickCollab name, site, software and design remain our property.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute the service or its output as a competing service; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract ideas; attempt to access other users' data or our systems; or use the service to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Third-party analysis
The service analyses only publicly available social media content. You confirm that the accounts you submit for analysis (including your own) are public. If you ask us to analyse an account, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features over time. If we discontinue the service entirely, active subscribers will be notified and unused full billing periods will be refunded.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickCollab's total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on generated ideas or analytics.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
