1. Who is responsible
ClickCollab (clickcollab.net) is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email hello@clickcollab.net.
2. What we collect
Account & signup data: your name, email address, phone number, country, password (stored only as a secure hash — we cannot read it), and your survey answers (niche, goals, tone, content pillars). Social handles: your own TikTok/Instagram handles and the public inspiration accounts you choose. Billing data: your plan, subscription status and payment identifiers from Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our servers. Usage & technical data: basic first-party analytics (pages visited, approximate region) and server logs. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Generated content: the ideas created for you, your saves and feedback. Much of your workspace (ideas, favourites) is stored locally in your own browser.
3. Public social media data
To do its job, ClickCollab retrieves publicly available posts and statistics from the social accounts you submit (top posts, on-screen text, view counts, follower counts). This is public information; we cache analysis results to avoid re-processing and refresh them on your plan's schedule.
4. How we use your data
To provide the service (generate ideas, track growth), process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, account messages), keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to advertise to you.
5. Who processes data for us
We use a small set of service providers to run ClickCollab: Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing of the content described above), Apify (retrieval of public social media data), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
6. Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain what is needed for legal and accounting purposes and delete or anonymise the rest within a reasonable period. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights).
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to a use of it, by emailing hello@clickcollab.net from your account email. We will respond within 30 days. You can also cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.
8. Cookies
We use one essential cookie (your login session) and your browser's local storage for your workspace. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. See the Cookie Policy for details.
9. Children
ClickCollab is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 16 and over.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will announce it on the site or by email, and update the date above.
