Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
ClickCollab plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your billing page — no calls, no hoops. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
2. Refunds
Because ideas are generated and delivered immediately, we generally do not refund a billing period that has already started. We do refund promptly and in full: duplicate charges, billing errors, and charges after a cancellation you made before renewal. Where consumer law gives you additional refund rights, those always apply.
3. One-time fees
Early swap fees (for changing inspiration accounts before your cycle renews) are one-time charges and are non-refundable once the swap has been applied.
4. Something went wrong?
If the service failed you in a real way — a batch never arrived, a paid feature didn't work — email hello@clickcollab.net within 14 days and we will make it right, with a refund or credit where appropriate.
